Jared Homes, President    

Jared is an Arizona Native.  After attending high school, he served his country in the United States Army for four years.  He then decided to follow in his father & grandfather's footsteps and work for the family business.   Since joining the team at Barrett-Homes Contractors, he has held the position of Warehouse Helper, Warehouse Driver, Secretary, Superintendent Assistant, Estimating Coordinator, Estimating Assistant, Estimator, Director of Operations, VP of Operations, and President.   He lives in Goodyear, AZ with his wife & 3 kids. 

Fred Thomas, Vice-President of Sales   

Fred was raised in Prescott, AZ where he went to high school with his now wife of 17 years.  Fred started as an acoustical installer in 1990 and has been with Barrett-Homes Contractors since 1995. Fred has had the opportunity to manage  several unique projects over years with BHC such as the Phoenix Civic Center, HSEB, ASU Memorial Union, Dial Henkel , Lattie Coor Bld, Maricopa Court Tower and Casino Arizona.   He recently moved to a property that has allowed him to have the type of farm animals he was raised with such as chickens, cows and sheep.

Guy Lusk has been in the construction industry since 1991.  He started with Barrett-Homes in 1994 as a delivery driver and has worked his way through the field operations to project management.  He has extensive experience in installation, consulting, estimating, and project management of all types of ceiling and interior specialty construction.  Guy is OSHA 30 & Green Advantage Certified.
Steve is originally from Nutley, New Jersey.  He started his career in the construction industry in 1987.  He received his journeyman's card in 1991 for all phases of the construction process through a 4 year apprenticeship program.  In 1997 he started as an acoustical installer.  He moved to Arizona in 2007 with his wife and son and started installing for Barrett-Homes.  At the end of 2013, Steve joined the BHC Project Management team.

Frank maintains the Company’s accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.  In addition, he assists with employee benefits administration.  Frank joined the Company in 2008.  Previously, he was a division controller and corporate tax manager for a public company, and a tax manager for a CPA firm.  Frank is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA).  He has a Master of Taxation from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA).  He is married and has two children.
